Indian contemporary vocalist, artist, and music educator with over 11 years of experience.
Archana enjoys working with both children and adults, and believes teaching is always a two-way journey of learning. Her work focuses on nurturing vocal technique, musical expression, and melodic understanding through structured training.
As a recording vocalist, I have worked on commercial projects across advertising and television, lending my voice to brands such as MakeMyTrip, Godrej No.1, Aditya Birla Group, Clinic Plus, Bandhan Mutual Fund, Santoor, FINGERS, LIC, Mahindra Thar, and Ashok Leyland.
I have also contributed vocals to television productions including Taarak Mehta Ka Chhota Chashma, Jijaji Chhat Par Koi Hai, Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga, Punyashlok Ahilyabai, Suhagan Chudail, and Maati Se Bandhi Dor.
I have had the opportunity to perform live alongside renowned artists including Shankar Mahadevan, Sanjeev Thomas (guitarist with A. R. Rahman), Baiju Dharmajan (lead guitarist of Motherjane and Baiju Dharmajan Syndicate), and Sylvester Pradeep in Bangalore.
"My grandchildren were introduced to Hindustani Classical music by Archana when they were aged 7 and 9 years respectively." I could not ask for a better teacher as she was patient, encouraging and used multiple techniques to get them respond to her positively. Archana was initially my teacher and she was compassionate with me as an adult beginner. She emboldened me to venture into a journey of Western Voice Culture and to then seamlessly slide into singing Hindi, Tamil and English songs.
"Archana is a patient but firm teacher, who has been able to engage Advay from when he was a fidgety 8 year old till date." She conveys concepts of notes, taal and raag to Advay in a manner that is easy for him to understand, and at the same time challenging enough for him to be excited by it.
"Archana has been a great teacher, who has helped me immensely with her passion and dedication towards singing & teaching." She is very knowledgeable and experienced and has helped me to improve my singing voice and move through obstacles over the past few months.
